Sunday Morning Yummy Banana Muffins


This is a great recipe using what most of us already have in our cupboards. Great recipe to use those old bananas and to add flavor to your breakfast or for a day time snack. Also so simple and easy its fun for your kids to do on their own or with you.

2 ripe bananas
2 cups of natural whole wheat flour ( or of your choice if possible even gluten free)
1/4 - 1/2 cup of crushed walnuts or your choice nuts
2 eggs
1/4-1/2 milled flax seed
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup of almond milk ( enough to make the batter wet but not runny)

1. Mash bananas and add eggs
2. measure out dry ingrediance and add to bananas/egg mix
3. add milk to batter ( dont add to much nor make it runny)
4. pray muffin tin, place about 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup depending on the size of your muffin tins.
5. Place in preheated oven 350degrees cook until ready

What a pain in the neck

Nicole a medical transcriptionist whom works from home & on the PC any where from 4-8 hours a day complained her neck & shoulders were aching after after working at her PC for about 6 or so hours.
